Someone
Planted a war
In every star
And gave me the trigger
To blow them away
To turn them to clay
Of iron
And blood they were made
A vicious cascade
Of undying hate
Eternal its flames
Engraved are their names
Sunken
Into mans flesh
This vile distress
From hells procuress
Enticed were they all
One by one they shall fall
Drunken
Kaleidoscope dreams
Nefarious schemes
Shall rule this regime
While darkened grenades
Shall sound the crusades
A handful of sulfur
With spiteful intent
And venemous scent
A death mask of powder
Assembled in faith
By sinister wraiths
Asinine prayers
Won’t save anything
When they detonate
And defame your fate
Black bombs
Broken frames
Crushed and maimed
Ruin engendered
By obsidian splendor
A seat in the abyss
For those who survive
The trek through the hive.
We present to you “Black Bombs” - two tracks, that was recorded during the sessions, that became last years “The Wheel” but didn’t fit onto that release. To us, they are just as good as the material on “The Wheel” (and could easily have been found there), but we have chosen to release them on this format.
The title track is a fiery ode to the art of placing small mines of influence under the skin of others, while “Wake Dirge” is a sombre, instrumental meditation on the impermanence of matter and the memories of lost ones.
We hope you will enjoy this little explosion - we sure are proud to present it to you all!
